ADVANCED TRAINING FOR PLAYERS 6th-11th GRADE

March 18, 25, 2024. 6pm-7pm
April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 2024. 6pm-7pm
May 9 2024. 6pm-7pm

  • Advanced ball handling, change speeds/direction
  • Finishing at the rim, playing off 2 feet
  • Mid range, floater, pull up
  • Catch & shoot, relocate, inside foot
  • Be explosive

These intense training sessions will be led by Bridget Monaghan, Maddy Selvaggi and Brian Monaghan, coaches who have done it at a very high level.
Players will be put into small groups to maximize the number of reps each player gets during the 1-hour workout.
