Brian Monaghan Jr.
Brian was a 3 year Varsity starter at Morristown Beard HS where he had great individual and team success. He scored 1450 points and was first team All-County and first team All Prep (jr. and sr. year) and first team all-league(soph,jr and sr. year). He was also the Mugs Media player of the year and played in the prestigious New Jersey North -South All Star game. Brian was team captain his Junior and senior year.
Brian’s senior year was the most successful season in Morristown Beard history. The team was 25-3.They won the league title, State Prep Tournament and made it to the Morris County Final and were undefeated at home.
Brian had a very successful College Career at The University of Scranton where as a senior he was captain of his team and the starting point guard on a strong team that went to the Conference Championship game. Brian played his Grad year at William Patterson University, in the very competitive NJAC conference. At WPU Brian started every game and was in the top 3 in almost every statistical category.
Brian is a great young coach who works well with our young players as well as our High School players. He is also one of the best trainers around. He does both 1 on 1 and small group Lessons. (For lessons text Brian at 973-618-6015)
